About Jane Kalagher
Consulting for museum exhibition development teams:
For the past 18 years, Jane has studied patterns in nature, culture
and psyche. She is interested in the beginning conditions of
relationships, organizations, and projects and how the initial
start of something affects its outcome. Jane applies these patterning
principles to her consulting business. This methodology provides
a tool that offers new and powerful ways to present an exhibition
that actively draws visitors into the image, theme or story that
the exhibition represents. This increases the likelihood for
an outstanding visitor experience.
Jane received certification as an archetypal pattern analyst from
the Assisi Institute, VT. She serves as a faculty member at the
Assisi Institute, VT as well as a member of its admissions committee.
Jane is a member of AAM (American Association of Museums) and NAME
(National Association for Museum Exhibition).
Coaching:
Jane helps CEOs, curators, exhibit developers and directors define,
develop and achieve career vision and goals. She applies her pattern
analysis principles to her coaching practice to achieve optimal
results for her clients. Jane has delivered coaching/training programs
to leaders, managers and teams. Her background and extensive history
working with interdisciplinary teams within hospitals and agencies
gives her a unique understanding of how effective leadership can
positively impact the future state of organizations.

Patient Care Management, a nurse leader magazine, and has been
a keynote speaker for Nursing Spectrum's Career Fitness Expo.
She received coach training from The Coaches Institute, San Raphael,
